Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Member to be a warm, hospitality-focused team member who bakes, packs, and delivers cookies with care. You’ll welcome guests, handle orders, and keep the bakery clean and efficient during busy evenings and late-night hours.

You’ll work closely with a team to ensure every order is accurate and delivered with a smile, contributing to a fun, fast-paced bakery environment that values guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Ability to obtain food safety certifications for location
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodations

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with hospitality and make interactions memorable
• Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies and treats to quality standards
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders
• Operate the register and process guest transactions
• Keep bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe
• Help restock supplies, support teammates, and keep the line moving
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency with Shift Leader support
• Deliver an experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs
