LensCrafters in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and act in the Store Manager's absence. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure exceptional patient and customer care.

The role requires strong retail knowledge, leadership experience, and a commitment to our standards. Expect to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Must have a strong command of English for written & oral communication.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Demonstrated high-level of selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to exceed KPIs: Comp Sales, % Sales to Plan, Conversion & Customer Count, Comp Growth, Traffic, Store Profitability, Retention Goals, NPS, annual objectives.
• Translates retail knowledge into positive sales and market understanding.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales & profit.
• Partners with Store Manager to lead & develop team.
• Delivers timely feedback & supports development with Store Manager.
• Executes visual directives & maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors.
• Promotes policy compliance.
• Performs administrative duties.
• Works a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends.
