AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate behavior technician to join our team, working under a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for children with behavioral challenges. Choose your own hours, full time, part time, or internship; pay is $26.00-$28.00 per hour with benefits including flexible schedule, PTO, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

• Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral differences is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence.
• Monitor and document client progress per organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families to develop care plans that meet client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in behavioral health.
