AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Massachusetts. You will work under supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for children with behavioral challenges.

We offer flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, Internship) with hours Mon-Fri; weekends optional. Competitive pay ($26-$28/hour) plus benefits and opportunities for advancement, paid training, and professional development assistance.

Qualifications

• Preferred familiarity with medical terminology and documentation.
• Experience with children, especially with developmental/behavioral disorders.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
• Background in implementing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans with ABA techniques.
• Assist with ADLs to promote independence.
• Monitor and document client progress per standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families to align care plans with goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment.
• Participate in training and professional development.
