Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in the United States is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 Applied Behavior Analysis treatment in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. You will contribute to treatment plans and collect progress data to guide ongoing care.

Position offers a fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, with some weekends, paid training, and opportunities for growth. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $19 to $27.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comp $19-$27 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Engage with children aged 2-15 through active, safe sessions; physical activity may be required.
• Adhere to fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, with some weekends.
