Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a flexible, non-benefited RN role to provide direct patient care across multiple areas. The position requires 60 hours of availability in a 4-week schedule with decreased holiday and weekend commitments and no on-call requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using nursing process and document findings.

• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments; respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate daily patient activities and care with team members.
• Teach patients and families; participate in discharge planning.
• Show leadership in appropriate scope and mentor new staff.
