Quality Talent Group is partnering with a leading Cincinnati-area healthcare network to hire Registered Nurses. The role supports 130+ years of healthcare leadership with opportunities to grow within a large hospital system.

The RN will assess, plan, and deliver high-quality patient care across units, maintain EMR documentation, and participate in continuous improvement and education initiatives. A strong emphasis on safety and policy adherence is evident throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required before patient contact.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients: evaluate physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs with the team.
• Develop care plans with patients and families.
• Deliver patient care with evidence-based interventions per policy.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care based on data and best practices.
• Drive improvement with the Clinical Manager for performance initiatives.
• Promote High Reliability to improve care and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor peers while managing patient care.
• Document care and education in the EMR.
• Maintain compliance with policies and training requirements.
