Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore seeks enthusiastic, self-motivated teammates for our Soft Goods team. You will engage customers in Men's & Women’s apparel, Juniors, footwear, and fitting rooms, delivering world-class service and driving sales through product knowledge.

Assist with front-end operations, returns, exchanges, promotions, and merchandising to keep Soft Goods stocked and visually appealing. Maintain a clean, professional environment and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lb, and work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Soft Goods areas (Men’s and Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms).
• Maintain a working knowledge of front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty programs, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.
• Assist in keeping Soft Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience.
