Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a friendly Soft Goods Associate to assist customers in Men’s & Women’s Apparel, Juniors and Footwear, driving sales and a top-tier shopping experience.

You will handle front-end operations including returns and exchanges, keep Soft Goods stocked and visually appealing, and share product knowledge with customers to build lasting relationships. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• Able to organize multiple priorities.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver world-class service.
• Assist with front-end operations including returns and exchanges.
