Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a friendly and flexible Soft Goods Associate to join our Florida store. You will help customers in Men's/Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, and Clearance, while keeping merchandise appealing and stocked.

You will assist with front-end operations and provide expert product knowledge to enhance the guest experience. Expect to support promotion cycles, learn the store systems, and collaborate closely with team members to deliver world-class service and build lasting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales, customer service or similar experience preferred.
• Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service.
• Assist in soft goods areas (Men's/Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, Fitting Rooms).
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations (returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty, promotions).
• Keep Soft Goods areas merchandised and visually appealing to drive sales.
• Ensure clean, professional presentation and store upkeep at all times.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote offerings to customers.
