Carter’s is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for families. You’ll help new parents and grandparents with baby essentials and school-day prep, in a welcoming environment that values growth and development.

You’ll greet customers, explain product benefits, process transactions, and support in-store and omnichannel experiences while maintaining shop standards and promoting promotions. Carter’s offers discounts and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles, features, and benefits.

• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
