Carter's Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, help them choose baby essentials and outfits, and explain features, promotions and the loyalty program.

In a fast-paced retail setting you will handle POS transactions, restock shelves, support omnichannel shopping, and maintain a safe, clean store while delivering friendly, solution‑oriented service.

Responsibilities
