Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain baby essentials, and help families with school prep, while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment.

In this role you’ll engage customers, resolve issues, assist with omnichannel shopping, perform checkout tasks, and support floor replenishment. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
