Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable assisting customers across omnichannel channels.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and manage multiple customers in a busy environment.
• Assist with omnichannel orders as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process purchases at the point of sale and complete transactions.
• Replenish floors and shipments as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Explain promotions and loyalty program, including credit options, to customers.
• Help minimize losses by delivering excellent service and keeping the store safe and clean.
