Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers. This role offers a flexible schedule with project-based pay and opportunities to service multiple retailers and brands.

Assignments typically involve merchandising, resets, inventory, and display maintenance across various locations. Projects average 12–20 hours per month, with some sites requiring activity in the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports with photos on the same day.
