Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to support major retailers. This contractor role offers flexible schedules, project-based pay, and opportunities to work across retailers and brands.

Projects typically require 12-20 hours per month, with some locations needing work in the first two weeks of each month. As an independent contractor, you will review client instructions, execute merchandising tasks, manage planograms, stock displays, and report

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and follow client instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently on multiple assignments.
• Proficient in reporting via mobile devices.
• Must have reliable transportation and flexible daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotions.
• Remove discontinued products and update materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scans.
• Stock merchandise per planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean and well-presented.
• Travel between locations as needed and approved.
• Submit completion reports and photos on the same day.
