Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute store standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager and requires daily communication with the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store staff, educate customers on brands, and ensure displays and projects are completed accurately. This position may require lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional lifts up to 100 lbs with help.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and staff on brand features and product lines.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
