Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards and drive sales across retail locations. You will work under the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead, ensuring accurate execution of displays and projects to meet client expectations.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistive weight handling up to 100 lbs), flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license for travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead daily.
