Anderson Merchandisers in New Jersey is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and support client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination to the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store teams, educate staff on brands, perform merchandising tasks, ensure display quality, and maintain confidentiality of client information. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute projects, resets and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain high-quality work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics and compliance.
• Know company policies details and adhere to them.
• Daily updates to Territory Sales Lead on activities and opportunities.
