The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate professionals to join our Flexible Residential Support Team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.
As part of our flexible staffing pool, you'll work across multiple residential homes, providing essential support where it's needed most while expanding your skills and experience in diverse program settings.
As a member of CHD's Flexible Direct Care Staff Pool, you will receive orientation and training across multiple residential homes to prepare you for success in different program environments. This cross-training allows you to:
Flexible staff are expected to successfully complete all required training and orientation at assigned homes and maintain the ability to work confidently and independently across multiple residential programs.
This role is ideal for experienced direct care professionals who enjoy variety, adaptability, and the opportunity to make an impact across several CHD communities.
To be eligible, candidates must:
Location: Springfield, MA and surrounding communities
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Additional Compensation: MAP-Certified Staff after 30 Days are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.
Weekdays - 2nd and 3rd shifts available
Weekends – 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available
