Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

We offer flexible scheduling and strong supervision in a supportive environment, with competitive pay of $20–$30 per hour and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. We provide help to complete RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 18 years old minimum.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable, open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• If you love working with children and have experience as nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional, you may be a good fit.
