Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings in the Millington area. The role requires active RBT certification at the time of application and a commitment to collaboration with families and BCBA teams.

We offer $20–$24 per hour starting pay, full-time or part-time hours, flexible scheduling, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required at time of application)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
