PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and a clear path to full-time as caseloads expand.

The position includes a competitive pay structure with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for meeting hours, and benefits for full-time staff. Travel to client sites is required, with supportive supervision and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
