Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, record progress, and collaborate with families and teams to support growth. Part-time with opportunities to become full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
