Circle Care Services in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Flexible scheduling and supportive supervision, with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. We offer to assist with RBT certification if needed, and pay ranges align with hourly expectations of $20–$30.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Interest in behavioral health
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
• Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings
