Job summary

Circle Care Services in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, collect session data, and share progress with the clinical team. If you love working with children, this role offers flexible scheduling and a clear growth path in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
