Total Care ABA is hiring an in-home and in-school Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Sneedville, Tennessee. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing BCBA-approved plans and collecting progress data, across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.
