Job summary

Total Care ABA in Kingman, AZ is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, in school, and community settings, delivering ABA therapy and helping clients build essential skills. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $28.

You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support communication, social and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in‑person throughout Arizona.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.
