Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Queen Creek, AZ. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules, in-home and in-school service opportunities across Arizona.

You’ll deliver ABA therapy, follow BCBA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to support children’s development. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification (or pursuing it), BACB registration, and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide services in-person throughout Arizona.
