Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time ABA technicians to provide in-home ABA services to children in Georgia under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports infants through teens, teaching functional communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification from the BACB database.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience or interest in ABA with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plans.
