Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time ABA technicians to provide in-home and community-based therapy under supervision of a BCBA in Georgia. Responsibilities include implementing BCBA-designed programs, teaching functional skills, and keeping accurate progress notes while coordinating with families.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma, and have an active RBT certification. A criminal background check is required; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license required.
• Experience with children, preferably with developmental disabilities, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals for the child.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
