Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a motivated individual to provide in-home ABA services to children under the supervision of a BCBA. This role focuses on implementing therapy programs and teaching functional skills in home and community settings.

Applicants join a supportive team in Georgia, with supervision from experienced BCBA professionals, opportunities for growth, and flexible scheduling to fit after-school hours. Prior RBT certification is required and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
