Job summary

Circle Care Services recruits a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect session data, and contribute to progress reports. Flexible scheduling and ongoing feedback ensure growth in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
