Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Hastings, MI is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PT to join our dedicated, growing team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans with clear goals, and coordinate with MDs for orders, treatments, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Must hold an occupational therapy degree (B.S./M.S./OTD) from an accredited program
• NBCOT certification or eligibility as an OTR in the state
• Current state license/registration to practice occupational therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on physician orders
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely and accurately
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities
• Ensure physician orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges
• Deliver treatment and adjust modalities as needed while adhering to safety precautions
