Renewal Rehab in Hastings, MI is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This role focuses on comprehensive OT evaluations, treatment planning, and effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• National NBCOT designation as an OTR (as required by state).
• Current OT license/registration in-state where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Create a comprehensive treatment plan with long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatments and adjust modalities as indicated while following precautions.
