Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Hastings, MI is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with MD orders and care teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with degree as listed.
• Current state OT license/registration.
• NBCOT OTR designation (if state mandate).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations based on physician orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms promptly and accurately.
• Develop and monitor long- and short-term treatment goals.
• Obtain physician orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
• Provide treatments with modalities and adjust as needed.
