Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Hastings, MI team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress per MD orders and guidelines. This role offers strong clinical education support and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
• NBCOT certification if state mandates.
• Graduate in OT with an AOTA-recognized degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with short and long-term goals; specify frequency and duration.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
