Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Michigan. A licensed OT with NBCOT designation is required to evaluate and treat patients, develop goals, and document progress in a timely manner.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus a supportive environment focused on professional growth with online CEU credits and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT designation as OTR (if state mandated).
• Current state license/registration as OT.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver therapy using modality-based approaches and adjust as needed while following precautions.
