Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Hastings, MI team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders, document findings, and develop treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals.

Eligible for professional growth and supportive teamwork. Competitive pay of $36.00 - $43.00/hour, plus benefits including 401K with company match, online CEU credits, and referral bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist in-state.
• NBCOT designation (OTR) where state mandate applies.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program recognized by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with short- and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive OT treatment to patients, using modalities and adjusting as needed while following safety precautions.

Education

OT degree / accredited OT program (B.S./M.S./D.O.T.)

NBCOT certification
