Renewal Rehab in Michigan is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans with goals, and coordinate care with MD orders and recertifications. NBCOT designation and an active state license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT designation (OTR) if state mandates.
• OT holds a current license and/or registration in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment while adhering to precautions.
