Job summary

Rehab Solutions in Henryetta, OK is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and educate patients and families in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

We offer flexibility with a W-2 or 1099 option, a clinician-led team, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful patient outcomes in the Henryetta area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and observations.
• Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
• Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans; ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
