Job summary

Amedisys in Oklahoma is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) to evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders in a home setting. You will provide aural rehabilitation and AAC support, working to improve patient communication and overall quality of life.

The role requires an active state license, CCC-SLP certification, and CPR certification; one year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP certification with required coursework.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation for deaf or hard of hearing and AAC support for individuals with communication disorders.
• Other duties as assigned.
