Job summary

Rehab Solutions is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis in the Tyler, TX area. You will perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, with strong clinical support and a patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited SLP degree, state licensure (or eligibility), and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing evaluations.
• Implement evidence-based therapies and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families on disorders and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate evaluation and progress documentation in EHR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
