Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering high-quality therapy to residents to improve mobility, strength, and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required).
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
