Concept Rehab, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team.

You will work with patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and hospitalization, helping them rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain function. This full-time role emphasizes hands-on care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to older adults.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Ohio PTA license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing, geriatric, or post‑acute rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional performance.
• Support gait training, transfer training, fall prevention, and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with supervising therapists.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques and home exercise recommendations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge preparation.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and rehabilitation culture.
