Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Ohio PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA services under supervising PT per plan of care.
• Assist patients to improve mobility, strength, function, and balance.
• Document progress and communicate with the PT and care team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with policies.
