Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Ohio PTA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on the plan of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, function, positioning, and overall quality of life.
• Communicate patient progress and recommendations with the supervising Physical Therapist and care team.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning under supervision.
• Complete timely treatment documentation, progress notes, and discharge-related paperwork.
• Educate patients and staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, policies, and professional standards.
• Support a culture of clinical excellence and compassionate patient-centered care.
