Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy at an Assisted Living Facility in Jensen Beach, FL. This PRN position offers flexible visits and autonomy within a collaborative team.

Compensation is paid per treatment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to residents and supporting their independence and ability to age in place.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
