Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities in Jensen Beach, FL, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality geriatric therapy that helps residents maintain independence and age in place.

This PRN role offers flexibility, a per-treatment pay rate of $50, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative team in a single location without driving between homes.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
• Active Florida PTA license required
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
