Sobe Innovative Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric PT in an assisted living setting in Boca Raton, FL. The PTA will deliver treatments per the plan of care and support residents in maintaining independence and aging in place.

The PRN position offers flexible visits, autonomy within a collaborative team, and competitive compensation per treatment with transparent reporting.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant with licensure in Florida.
• Active Florida PTA license required or in good standing.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care team effectively.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
